1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products from Zhizao Studio ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Delivery

All products are digital goods. Upon successful payment, a download link or license key is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is automatic and immediate.

3. Refunds

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we review refund requests case by case. If a product is broken or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days at 313221691@qq.com and we will issue a refund or replacement.

4. License

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product on your own devices. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

5. Payments & Taxes

Payments are processed by our payment service provider. Applicable sales tax or VAT, if any, is calculated and remitted at checkout where required by law.
